Once your replacement order has been prepared for shipment, we will update you with the tracking and carrier information as soon as it becomes available. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out. After shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number and link to monitor the delivery of your item. We will also notify you when the ticket is closed, but you can reopen it by replying to our email should you require further assistance.
