We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition

  • Items must be returned in the original LuxenHome packaging

We cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error(e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.To ensure a smooth return process, please package the item carefully using the original packaging. Returns may be declined if the product is damaged due to improper repackaging.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
