What do I do if my order arrived damaged or there is a defect?Updated 7 months ago

If any part of your order arrives damaged or if you notice a defect, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately. Please provide your shipping address and images of the damage so that we can locate your original order and assess the situation. Our team may request additional information, such as the weight of the items, if applicable, to further investigate the concern.

Once we have all the necessary information, we will arrange for a replacement part to be shipped to you. We will also provide tracking information once it is available. Some items may require additional attention, such as Wayfair or Home Depot-specific returns or service requests, depending on where the purchase was made and the nature of the problem.

Remember that in some cases, such as with intentionally distressed products, the appearance may be a part of the design and not an error. Nonetheless, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues.
